Black Double Lock Steel Handcuffs

These are sturdy, black, double locking handcuffs that are made of steel and have welded chain links. These double locking handcuffs have a feature that allows you to lock the cuffs down to prevent the detainee from closing the cuffs too tight on the wrist. The keys (also black) for these double locking handcuffs are standard police size and will work on Smith and Wesson, Peerless, and Hiatts brands.
